well having a brief convo with joe it's simply this.
is based on an idea by media critic david ike. (the guy who's on the sample at the beginning)
essentiall he argues that the 5 illuminati families who control the world and want new world order create chaos to control people. if a fake problem arises (such as iraq) people react to the problem and its made to seem a lot more important a dire than it is. as a result the illuminati create a 'solution' i.e going to war in this case to control the masses and distract them from what's really happening... global econmoic policy and the new world order. world banking and the idea of making everyone one hemoginous group. it's a lot easier to control people when we all talk the same language, use the same currency and eat the same food.
eassentially its a song about the media and government being pawns to this idea. you create chaos, moral panic and its easier to scare people into letting anti terror laws being used to plant i.d cards and put audio equipment in lamp-posts
so the song basically says fuck that, open your eyes and see whats happening. follow your heart and ignore all this shit because it needs to stop. hence problem, reaction, solution... it's used everyday."
